Description: Location: Hyderabad JD:- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience Manage each project\'s scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development. Priori Experience in SAP Experience in SAFe is addl plus(Scaled Agile Framework) Good Knowledge of Software development life cycle. Team management/Reporting Strong knowledge on JIRA administration Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members \'own\' the product and enjoy working on it Nice to have - Scrum Master Certification (CSM/SSM/PSM)
