Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Project Associate. This role is centered around empowering communities in the Narol/Naroda region of Ahmedabad. As a Project Associate, you will play an integral part in supporting on-field activities that aim to uplift economically challenged communities. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community empowerment initiatives in Narol and Naroda.
• Conduct fieldwork such as community visits, surveys, and needs assessments.
• Collaborate with community managers to ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budget.
• Monitor and report on the activities and progress of community managers.
• Support volunteer recruitment and provide guidance for project involvement.
• Collect and analyze data for project evaluation and documentation.
• Stay informed on community development trends and best practices to enhance project impact.
• Support financial management, including expenditures and procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related fields, with a focus on social/community development.
• Interest in community development and empowerment.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for community events, as needed.
