Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to individuals to raise awareness about the NGO's initiatives and campaigns.
• Persuade potential donors or sponsors to contribute towards the NGO's cause.
• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about the NGO's programs and activities.
• Maintain a database of calls made and update records with donor/sponsor details.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and donation targets.
• Provide post-donation assistance and handle queries effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
