LSEG is a global organization spanning 70 countries and one rooted in a culture of growth, opportunity, diversity, and innovation, this is a place where everyone can grow, develop, and fulfil your potential with purposeful careers. : Experience: 8 Years to 10 Years Location: Hyderabad Must-Have: 8+ years of NFT testing experience Experience of non-functional requirements for performance, resilience, monitoring & operability Experience working on service changes in respect of Infrastructure (including Cloud), Software & Networks Understanding of Distributed Platform Technologies for Data Centers & Cloud Computing Understanding of Fault Tolerant System behaviors for local and distributed Clusters Able to assess the technical risks inherent in a software and infrastructure platforms in respect of performance and resilience Interpretation of System Resource Monitoring outputs to determine pinch points in CPU, Memory, Disk I/O and Network circuits Risk Analysis and articulation of the NFT Approach for a Project Testing Requirement Documentation of NFT Test Approach and Test Results in a way that can be understood by both Business & Technical Stakeholders Creating Knowledge Artefact\'s for the wider team to use Training & Coaching of new team members Experience in automated testing: java Experience in working with JMeter or another similar tool Good knowledge of SQL Experience in working with JIRA Knowledge of source version control systems: Git Knowledge on Linux Good Java experience: Java Knowledge on developing both Command Line applications and GUI applications Experience in testing applications deployed in cloud (AWS) Good-to-have: Strong verbal and written communication skills Leadership skills Understanding the test processes Good organizational skills Be self-motivated, solution-oriented Comfortable with identifying, assessing, and solving problems quickly Detail-oriented and methodical testing process. Highly organized and able to compile detailed testing reports. Able to work well independently or in a group setup with cross-functional teams Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role: Construction and maintenance of performance test scripts to match requirements Collaborating with colleagues in London to define suitable performance KPIs Establish the setup in order to monitor the database and server performance. Participation on providing test estimates for performance Documenting the test steps and recording the test results Accurate recording of performance issues and follow-up with DEV and Solutions teams Suggesting new processes and techniques to enhance the current performance testing process Reviewing test environments configuration and processes to facilitate continuous improvement
