As an Intern with the GTM team, you will play a key role in identifying target customers, mapping personas, testing messaging strategies, and more, all to support our scale-up journey. Responsibilities :Execute Outbound Channel Strategy :- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives - Drive targeted campaigns & optimize outbound efforts (A/B test) to increase engagement and conversion rates Maintain CRM and Map Key Accounts :- Map and analyse key accounts within the Target Account List (TAL) and Partners List, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records - Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all sales and marketing activities are effectively tracked and reported Identify Automation and AI Enablement Opportunities :- Evaluate current sales and marketing processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration - Lead the selection and implementation of tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and drive growthSkills/Experience : Education :- Undergraduate degree (current students or recent graduates) with 0-3 years of relevant experience - MBA in General Management, Marketing, or Operations is preferred. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization - Familiarity to tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator is strongly preferredProgram Management : Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects in cross-functional environments Proven experience working collaboratively in a team setting, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Location & Duration : Bengaluru - This is a full-time, hybrid position, requiring attendance in the office 2-3 days of the week - 6-months, with a possible conversation as a full-time team member depending on performance during the internship and availability of a role within the organisation - Nextuple is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
