Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced News Reporter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and reporting news stories for our publication. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent writing and reporting skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and investigate news stories, conduct interviews, and gather information from various sources.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging news stories, and report on news events, press conferences, and other assignments.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Conduct interviews with newsmakers, experts, and other relevant individuals.
• Fact-check and verify information to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and other reporters to develop and refine news stories.
• Stay up to date with current events, news, and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in news reporting, writing, and editing.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong writing and reporting skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging news stories.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to fact-check and verify information.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
