It has a diversified portfolio of products, including bio-products, nutraceuticals, and co-generation of power. It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.Qualification: M.Sc / M.TechExperience: 5-7YearsRoles & Responsibility:

• A profound understanding of food science principles, food technology, ingredients functionality, and formulation principles is a must.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products from concept to commercialization is essential.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including task prioritization and managing multiple projects concurrently, are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are indispensable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration across teams.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards is mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and records pertaining to product development processes and formulations is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Spearhead the development of novel food products from inception to market launch, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and regulatory standards.
• Devise formulations, prototype creations, and execute sensory evaluations to refine product flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
• Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market competitors to drive informed product development strategies.
• Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and co-manufacturers to procure ingredients and materials for new product initiatives.
• Conduct thorough product testing, shelf-life assessments, and process validations to guarantee product safety and durability.
• Offer technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams on new product specifications, processes, and equipment.
• Champion continuous improvement endeavors aimed at bolstering product quality, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
