Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Maintain job postings across multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support HR team in maintaining recruitment and employee records.
• Contribute to onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment
