This role involves achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors in the assigned channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular support and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
