We are looking for a driven and experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead and manage the direct sales efforts in the insurance company.
This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing a team of sales executives, and driving the growth of the company's direct sales business.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the direct sales channel.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to drive business growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and provide coaching and support to enhance sales productivity.
• Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through direct sales efforts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and compliance with company policies and regulations.
