We are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our sales team.
This role involves assisting the Sales Manager in driving business growth by supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the agency channel.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet branch targets.
• Team Coordination: Support the recruitment, training, and development of new and existing sales agents.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and drive sales through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of sales agents and ensure they meet individual and team targets.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
