Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance Team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase the productivity of agents and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide regular support, guidance, and motivation to agents to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance and address challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
