We are looking for a Branch Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and enhance agent performance in the Agency Vertical. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents, achieving sales targets, and ensuring overall branch success.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit, onboard, and train new teams to expand the agency network.
• Support and motivate teams to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agent skills and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch goals.
• Monitor and analyze teams performance, providing feedback and corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
