Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Insurance Advisors and ensure they meet targets.
• Implement sales strategies and monitor business growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Advisors.
• Track and evaluate team performance to optimize results.
Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years in sales or business development.
• Graduate degree.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Age: 25 to 40 years.
• Local candidates preferred.
Compensation:
• Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + other benefits
