Job description: Responsible for marketing of LABSA 90%, LABSA 96%, SLES, AOS, Other Surfactants customers in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra- Responsible for marketing of products to Tier 2 Indian FMCG Accounts- Responsible for developing dealer network in each and every allocated state and export country - Obtaining buying specifications from clients, coordinating with plant for samples and obtaining quality approvals.- Regular visits to clients and developing long-lasting relations.- Attending customer complaints along with Plant QA.- Gathering data on competitor activities.- Regular customer follow-up for repeat orders and payment.- Coordinating with plant for desired product quality and timely delivery.- Developing the market in south India, maintaining the current base and increasing business with current customers.- Market Mapping.- Any other responsibilities given by management.Required Candidate profile :- Min. 2 to 7 Years in sales & Export.- Good communication and people skills are a must.- Candidate must be outgoing, motivated and street smart.- Previous experience in surfactant sales, soda ash sales, caustic soda sales, enzyme sales will be given preference.- Previous experience in marketing of LABSA, SLES, AOS, SLS, Acid Slurry, CAPB, CMEA, CDEA, EGDS, EGMS will be given strong preference.- Previous experience in marketing products to detergent, soap and personal care (shampoo,handwash, etc.) manufacturers will be given preference.- Previous experience in surfactant industry ( sulphates, betaines, ethoxylates, etc.) will be given strong preference.
