Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Branch Sales Executive to join our insurance company.
The role involves driving sales of insurance products through branch walk-ins, referrals, and customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery and achieving business targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers within the branch for insurance product sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through walk-in clients, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff to gain customer insights and leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
