Job Overview: As the New Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Pickle Monk Advertising\'s client base by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be the face of our agency to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and working collaboratively with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients\' unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including industry events, online platforms, and networking opportunities. Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients, presenting Pickle Monk Advertising\'s services and establishing the agency as a valuable partner. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients\' marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Solution Presentation: Develop and present tailored advertising and creative solutions that align with clients\' goals, showcasing the agency\'s capabilities. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Sales Reporting: Track and report on new business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the advertising or creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, with the ability to communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding new business acquisition targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in new client acquisition, with a focus on advertising or creative services.
