Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team at a leading real estate off-site developer focused on the redevelopment of buildings and societies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the real estate sector, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential redevelopment opportunities in buildings and societies.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, society members, and government officials.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients and partners, highlighting the benefits and feasibility of redevelopment projects.
• Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure redevelopment contracts and agreements.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project planning and execution.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Compliance: Ensure all redevelopment projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business development within the real estate industry, with a focus on redevelopment projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and redevelopment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
