Job Overview
The Networking & Call Officer will play a critical role in facilitating effective communication and technical operations within Arteva Group's initiatives, including helpline projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in networking and interpersonal skills to manage calls and coordinate with teams effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Networking Support:
• Manage and maintain the company's IT network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Call Management:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, catering to project-specific requirements such as the Elder Helpline Project.
• Address client inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all interactions.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with project teams to align communication protocols with operational objectives.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining call center standards and guidelines.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance metrics and network health.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting logs.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Experience:
• Previous experience in networking and/or call management is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in handling telecommunication systems and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in Hindi (required).
• Basic understanding of English (preferred).
Other Requirements:
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay: ?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
