Issue resolution and building strong client relations.Periodic review meetings for smooth rollout operationsReview and analysis of MIS report to track rollout status.Due diligence for process improvementPerformance analysis of team and vendors to get an accuracy levelManaging the 24X7 Rollout and O&M activities.Regular meetings with the customer to discuss maintaining the quality of the network & discuss the way forwardReview and analyze the outages, carry out a root cause analysis and draw action plans with timelines to eliminate outages.Train and develop an O & M team for effective and efficient working.Looking after Pan India Passive rollout activities. Having sound knowledge of electrical equipment.End to End Planning, management, and execution & supervision of complete rollout.Follow up with ISP Vendors for timely RFIProject and Rollout ManagementResponsible for planning, deployment & delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations.
