Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer (L2 & L3) to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving network-related issues for our clients. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in network support. Qualifications And Skills 7 to 10 years of experience in network support Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring Experience in network administration and configuration Hands-on experience with L2/L3 protocols Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent are a plus Roles And Responsibilities Provide second and third level technical support for network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve network problems in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex network issues Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network maintenance and upgrades Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in network technologies Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network support engineers interested CANDIDTTES CAN SHARE CV: [HIDDEN TEXT] or 9870304666
