The Role NSX , Network segmentation General: Network infrastructure management for Data Center and Software defined Network knowledge with scripting experience for network-automation and security. Exposure to VMWare Networking and Cloud integration General : Good understanding of Data Center Networking with Cisco and Juniper devices, with exposure to Cisco ACI, Juniper MX Router/SRX Firewall, VMWare NSX-T and Application Load-balancing experience (like F5 or NSX ALB). Adequate knowledge of Virtualization concepts like VMWare VSphere and VCenter. Also good understanding of Network Security and Compliance Able to articulate and recommend best practices for VMware NSX-T environment and Automation possibilities using different scripts and tools like Ansible, Python, Postman etc Capable of handling Network BAU processes able to open/manage support cases with vendors like Juniper/Cisco/VMware Operational enhancement, documentation, Lifecycle management, infra certificate management and migration activities. Who You Are Key responsibilities include: Juniper Router/Switch/Firewall, Cisco ACI and NSX-T hands on Subject Matter Expert. Configuration of NSX-T environments and configuration deployment and automation drive. Integration of NSX-T into customer environment. Deploy Security Framework with Zero-Trust method and Micro-segmentation to achieve desired Security Standard. Keep updated on new products and capability upgrade of platform and focus towards automation Responsibilities Work closely with customer infrastructure and data center teams for NSX-T installations. Configuration of NSX-T environments and integration with ACI. Integration of NSX-T and vRNI into customer environment, including: Monitoring, alerting, acceptance testing. Workload migration to new environment and Network integration. Keep updated on new products and services within the NSX-T and VMWare SDN product line. Best practices guidance on installation, setup, and operations of the NSX-T and overall Network environment. Knowledge Sharing with the wider team both in Juniper/Cisco and NSX-T. Sharing of lessons learned. Maintain knowledge of the entire VMware SDN product line. Work with internal VMWare/Dell product, engineering and support teams as required. Review and customize designs Network flow and Security for specific applications or quality of service requirements Work with client security teams on security requirements to achieve Compliance and meet Security Framework. Physical build, logical configuration, or integration of any Network components. Assist with Network components for services relating to Business continuity and/or Disaster Recovery services. Execution of a full test plan. Ensure there is alignment between NSX-T deployment and client on the role objectives and outcomes in conjunction with the APEX Service Management team. Work closely with customer teams, including datacenter, storage, security, change management, etc and on related infrastructure management tasks such as defining technical requirements for installs, changes and attending associated meetings. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience .Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience .Experience with design and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks .Experience with protocols and technologies such as, BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\'s how we think and who we are.
