- Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
- Maintaining all the software and hardware in relation to security
- Documenting security certification
- Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
- Threat intelligence
- Sourcing and implementing new security solutions to better protect the organization
- Conducting proactive research to analyses security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies
- Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions
- Level 2 of relevant experience in Network administration
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge on network tunnel setup configurations.
- Hands on experience and configuration on secured network implementation, design and troubleshooting
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Perform Network health check-ups such as utilizations
- Keep the network inventory to the latest
- Create architecture diagrams, documents and standard operating procedures
- Maintain and frontend disaster recovery drills, backup and restore procedures
- Design, review, analyze, develop, implement and maintains complex software applications
- Work closely with business analyst & team lead to ensure decisions meet enterprise growth needs
- Maintain current applications which includes, but is not limited to, bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues along with identification & implements of its solutions
- Work with a team to create detailed project specifications, requirements and estimates
- Work with implementation team to ensure deployments roll out smoothly.

- 3-5 Year relevant experience in Technical
- Experience in Enterprise Level Data Infrastructure (Cisco/HPE Aruba/Extreme) Implementation & L3 Support.
- Experience in Enterprise Level Wireless Infrastructure (Cisco/HPE Aruba/Extreme/Ruckus) Implementation & L3 Support.
- Experience in Enterprise level Voice infrastructure (Avaya/Cisco) Implementation & L3 Support.
- Experience in Enterprise Level Servers & Storage (Dell/HPE) Implementation & L3 Support.
- Experience in Enterprise level Security Firewall (Fortinet/Sophos/Palo Alto) implementation & L3 Support.
- Experience in Solution Designing & Pre-Sales Activities of Data, Wireless, Voice, Security, Servers & Storages.
- Well-versed with English Language (Oral & Written) - Mandatory
- Well versed with Arabic
- BE, CCNA/CCNP/MSCE/ Certificate
- Professional certifications e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCPIT, ITIL are preferred but not mandatory
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point tools
- Age should be between 25 to 35
- Must Be an Egyptain National
- Expected Ctc?
