Role Proficiency:

Independently Troubleshoot analyse & implement solutions to improve network quality

Outcomes: * Continuously support for Network domain in 24/7 operation

  • Validate Integrate and implement the new site as per the Client requirement
  • Troubleshoot hardware alarms in the network and perform action plans to solve issues
  • Collect data from field engineers and optimize the site to meet the KPI
  • Identify the daily worst cells perform RCA and implement required changes in the network.
  • Train & mentor L1 team on solving network issues
  • Create and update knowledge repository on recurring issues for S1
  • Provide KT\'s cross functional training for S1
  • Second level of network Integration validation and testing.
Measures of Outcomes: * Adherence to ticket closure within SLA (P1/P2/P3)
  • Adherence to site integration with zero alarms (No. of sites integrated vs alarms triggered)

Outputs Expected:

Planning: * Performing KPI Analysis Parameter Audit Capacity analysis and implement changes required
  • Layer3 analysis of Drive test logs frequent customer interaction
Integration: * Troubleshooting and integrating new Network Elements (e NodeB new sector addition and RRU swap)

Fault Management Services: * Trouble shooting P1 tickets
  • Interact with other stake holders (AM / CM / NI / Field Engineers) and provide solutions
Configuration Management: * Perform advanced level Integration and Fault Management Activities

Performance Monitoring: * Create new templates for reporting (KPI/ Performance / acceptance / BI reports)

Skill Examples: * Ability to tune the key parameters to improve service quality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve L2 tickets
  • Ability to visualize interact and provide solutions to field engineers.
  • Ability to handle multi-vendor networks viz. Huawei ZTE and Ericson

Scope of Work End-to-End incident management and accountable for leading incident till resolution. Escalation of Critical and Emergency incidents to Management/Customer level. Raising EIF for Critical severity incident up to CEO level. Co-ordinating with GDC, Care, Planning and Customer, knowledge of raising trouble ticket process, emergency handling mechanism, regular updates to customers Summarizing the ongoing incidents, action taken in message and sharing the Summarized message in different assigned groups. Share regular reports/ Updates to Management/Customer. Preparation of PIR (Primary Information Report) for all P1 & P2 priority incidents. Driving multiple teams (AM, FM, CM, IP, 3rd Parties) involve in troubleshooting. Hands on experience on SBC, TAS, CFX, Router, NT HLR. Coordination with internal and External Customer tools belt. Coordination with the 3rd Party MS provider (Ericsson) IM team during external incidents. Coordination with Planning/ Customer/Care/ Solutions etc. Responsible for Floor management during the shift and leading the complete operations team. Coordination for failed planned event. Required Qualification and Experience: B. Tech in ECE or Telecommunication. ITIL Intermediate certification preferable. Ability to lead crisis and conflict management. Understanding of Telecom tools setup (Netcool, ITSM, etc) Good communications (Oral & Written in English) and representation skills and able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level. Sound knowledge and experience in Stakeholder management, Process and Governance. Willing to work in after-office hours as per need/emergency End-to-end knowledge of Volte IMS Network setup (SBC, CFX, TAS, etc) and understanding of Volte Call flow and protocol used. Knowledge of underlying EPC/4G network. Experience with Interfaces and Protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, etc. Multi-vendor Core NW exposure and experience such as Alcatel, Ericsson, Huawei IMS, etc.
