Network Operation Lead_Pune Location

• Responsible as a platform owner to handle incident and problem management; corrective and preventive maintenance for System.
• Participate in day-to-day production administration of procedures and safeguards of all Production network and related ISIT infrastructure. Eg. System level configuration.
• Execute and ensure operation readiness and festive readiness for System related services & projects.
• Adhere to SOA governance, business and financial process.
• 5-7 years working experience in the related field. Experience in telco is an added value
• Intermediate knowledge in system administration (configuration, production activity, etc.) related to relevant fields
• Understand and comply with the company Standard Operating Procedures & Policies
• Possess at least a Degree holder in EE, Telecommunication or Computer Science
• Good technical skills in Hyper V and VMWARE is an added advantage
• Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Project management experience would be an added advantage
• In depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN & WAN)
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP
• Advanced experience using IT security systems and tools, such as nmap, Wireshark, grep, awk, sed, regex, Splunk, and basic Linux admin
• Training and certification on network equipment and protocols Checkpoint, Cisco, F5 or Citrix required
• Customer-focus mind-set i.e. able to think and react in ways that will be beneficial or cause least disruption to our customers
• Mind-set to \'take the lead\' and deliver on the mandate
• Technology Acumen: Understanding how the technical infrastructure supports the business
• Good understanding of maintenance methods and processes
