• Should be good in routing and switching.
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, BGP-attributes like Local preference (LP), MED, AS-Path, Weight, Community, and their tuning in-order to achieve redundancy and load balancing as per requirement.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of Policy creation, Object creation and VPN creation.
• Should have knowledge of ACL, NAT, VRF, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP etc.
• Exposure to configuring all types of VPN tunnels in multi-vendor devices.
• Complete knowledge of IPSEC working.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to work on projects individually and should be able to design and implement the designs according to the standards.
• Should have good knowledge of customer consulting.
• Hands on experience on CISCO devices, firewall experience would be an advantage.
• Good Written and Verbal communication
• The engineer should be able to work on projects individually and should be able to design and implement according to the standards
• Creation, deletion and modification of VPN tunnel through automation like Sedona etc.
