Network EngineeringLocation: IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Network Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This is a full-time position located in India.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of network engineers and provide technical guidance and support- Design and implement network solutions to meet the bank's business needs- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for network improvementsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and MPLS- Experience with network design and implementation in a large-scale environment- Experience with network security and compliance- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are preferredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
