Job Title : Network Engineer

Experience Required : 3-5 Years

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Network Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect company data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Install and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other measures.
• Conduct regular updates, backups, and maintenance of network systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or similar).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Relevant certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Skills Required :

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
