Job Description
Level 1(RBI offices): IT Infrastructure Operations
- Typically monitor and manage RBI IT Infrastructure at RBI locations and central site.
- Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.
- Monitor alerts from Network Devices.
- Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.
- Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses
- Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues.
