Network Engineer L1
Job Description
Providing first-line support for network-related issues. Troubleshooting and resolving basic network problems. Monitoring network performance and availability. Updating and maintaining network documentation, diagrams, and procedures. Escalating complex network issues to higher-level engineers. Implementing simple network configurations and changes. Assisting with the maintenance of network hardware and software. Performing routine network checks and audits. Providing technical support to end-users. Participating in on-call support rotation for after-hours network support. Please Note: This is not a work from home job. Candidates who are available for an in-person/F2F interview may apply.
