WAN Routing Infrastructureo Cisco 3 tier architecture is the baseline for Solution Designing for Enterprise Network Infrastructure across HGS India locations.o Management and monitoring of the Mesh WAN Link Connectivity Infrastructure across HGS India locations. SIEM tools for Network management & monitoring.o Cisco High Availability technology has been enforced on HGS Enterprise Network Infrastructure that enables network wide resilience to increase IP Network availability. The goal of achieving the high network uptime is through enabling Network Level resiliency at Enterprise Backbone, Enterprise Edge & also at Service provider Edge.o HGS Enterprise Network is implemented using Cisco Devices, hence OSPF routing protocol for faster convergence in the WAN Infrastructure across HGS India locations.o Setup and Configuration of L3 Switches and Routers that need to be added to the network as and when requirement arises as part of the New Infrastructure or ramp-up.o Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is the core routing protocol for the Internet.o Dual Internet gateways at Primary & Secondary location to ensure redundancy for Internet & VPN connectivity.LAN Switching Infrastructureo Setup and Configuration of Core & Access Switches that need to be added to the network as and when the requirement arises as part of the New Infrastructure or ramp-up.o The LAN uptime is 100 percent by using HSRP, which provides network redundancy for IP networks, ensuring that user traffic immediately and transparently recovers from first hop failures in Core & Access LAN devices.o Manageability of VLANs by organizing network users into logical workgroups which are independent of the physical topology of wiring closet hubs.o Switches are secured by restricting and controlling administrative access, protecting the management and control planes, and securing the switching infrastructure.o Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol is enabled to prevent loops. BPDU Guard and Spanning tree portfast is configured on all access switches end ports for better management of the LAN Network.Security Infrastructureo VLAN based access-list for restricting Inter-VLAN communication for process which are all comes under PCI compliance.o Cisco ASA , FTD Series Firewall solutions is integrated for network security services, including stateful packet inspection, Application-layer and protocol inspection, Inline intrusion prevention and voice security.o Cloud Web Security for Content & URL filtering for secure Internet access.o NGFW IPS solution is integrated for packet inspection.
