Job Title - Network Control SpecialistJob Location - New Delhi, IndiaJob ID - 15138About this opportunityTo provide leadership to 24/7 NOC floor with the ability to analyze incoming requirements.What the role will involveThe responsibilities of your role will include the following:
- Ensuring required SOP is followed for troubleshooting
- Ensuring SOPs within the team are followed
- Tracking the Ops issues in the problem management console of remedy
- Coordinate with Engineering team for resolution of operational issues
- Coordinate with NOC manager for outage review
- Coordinate with metrics and maintenance lead for data analysis
- Provide required management update
- Arrange and providetraining within the function
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in NOC management/operations
- Experience managing and leading Network-Operations team efficiently for all ongoing issues
- Strong networking and transmission skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct functional meetings
- Experience in providing innovative solutions
- Ability to self-manage activity and work collaboratively with 24/7 support
- Problem-solving and strong interpersonal writing and communication skills
- Ability to perform troubleshooting remotely
