Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architecture and Design Manager to join our team. As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we specialize in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including IT and Networking.The Network Architecture and Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the network architecture and design process for our clients. They will lead a team of network architects and designers to develop innovative and scalable network solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.Responsibilities

• Leading and managing people and vendors to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Responsible for the 3Y Architecture and Services evolution plan
• Responsible for the architecture and design standards
• Interfaces with business demand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Consolidate technical requirements and produces end to end solution design, detailed BOQ\xe2\x80\x99s and costing for sector enablement and office fitout projects (includes passive network, active network, cybersecurity, datacentre, and hosting)
• Responsible for the design and delivery of campus LAN, WiFi, Technical exchange rooms, Datacentre, collaboration network features and solutions.
• Produces and Maintain High-Level and Low-Level design documentation
• Manage the capacity of the running network.
• Drive and manage optimizations and continuous service improvements related to the Office LAN and collaboration network
• Technical authority for Office LAN, campus, WiFi and collaboration network
• Establish and foster key relationships with business and project stakeholders across the internal business sectors.
• Development of regular reporting for both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Manage network CAPEX and OPEX
• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing company values

• Tertiary degree qualification in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT related discipline
• CCIE, JNCIE, HNCIE expert level industry certification (preferred) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Network solutions design or implementation lead position in a large enterprise, Service Provider, or Integrator
• Minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing and delivering telecommunication network projects and leading implementation teams.
• Minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading teams and managing people
• Deep Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (Ideally CCIE level certification) such as but not limited to Collaboration systems VOIP, Streaming, Cybersecurity standards, private Cloud,TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, SD-ACCESS, ACI, Load Balancers, Firewall.
• Ability to coach, mentor and manage staff and to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience managing geographically diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business processes to deliver effective change.
• Excellent communication skills
