About The Team The team you will be joining is called BOTS-MIT (Business Operations Technology Services - Managed IT). Specifically, we are hiring for the Solution Consultancy sub-team within BOTS-MIT. What You Will Be Doing Design, develop, validate, and support activities to ensure client satisfaction with high-level service in the technology domain. Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to develop new solutions and automation. Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into system requirements. Play a key role in estimating work requirements for technology leads and project managers. Propose technically viable solutions or services based on customer requirements. Improve customer go-live effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirement gathering, and solution design. What You Bring Strong understanding and experience in network routing, switching, DC networking, protocols, and solutions. Knowledge and experience in SD-WAN technology. Experience with network monitoring tools, reporting, and capabilities. Knowledge of different types of circuits: MPLS, DIA, Broadband, SIP/PRI, Point to Point, and wireless solutions. Understanding and experience in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of firewall and products: Cisco routers, switches, access points. Knowledge of voice solutions - Call manager, cloud calling, Webex, and 8X8.
