Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

1.Network Administrator is responsible for Managing uptime and day to day Operations of Network Infrastructure of LAN /WAN, Wi-fi network, passive cabling, Servers, FMS, IT Asset mgmt., user support etc. for Near Mumbai Plants/Warehouses/ Branches/Showrooms located at Bhiwandi Saidhara, Dahej plant, Madkai & kudal Plants, Godrej Bhavan etc.
2.Candidate is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert and possess in-depth knowledge of networking, network devices, Network switches, SDWAN, WI-FI, Servers and network monitoring tools and processes.
3.Person should Ensure that all Network, Systems & IT components meet their operational targets (SLA).



1.Network Administrator will be working at Saidhara located at Bhiwandi and will handle network projects and network & IT operational tasks across near mumbai locations Bhiwandi Saidhara, Dahej plant, Madkai & kudal Plants, Godrej Bhavan etc.
2.Knowledge and experience in Software Defined Network rollout - In-depth understanding of Switching, routing, and wireless protocols.
3.Responsible for uptime, capacity management of LAN, WAN, Campus backbone, Passive network, Internet & WIFI setup at near mumbai locations.
4.Must have good troubleshooting skills on Campus LAN, wireless network, SDWAN and SDN technologies.
5.Vendor management & Project coordination experience of handling project deployment of network at plants and operational work like Passive network, MPLS/ILL
network, FMS support for Desktop, Printers etc.
6.Administration and management (technical operations) of network infrastructure in support from OEMs like Cisco, Fortinet, and HP etc.
7.Understanding customer-s network and solving network related issues within minimum timelines.
8.Working on tickets raised by customers related to Network issues. Responsible for resolution of L1 and L2 level complex issues, Security alerts for network devices.
9.Implements changes to Network infrastructure to correct errors or enhance functionality.
10.Experience of evaluating new technology in area of Wireless network and Campus WAN/LAN switching Network will be advantage.
11.Experience on Monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Cacti, What-s Up etc. will be an advantage.
12.Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation tools for existing manual processes.
13.Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals/SOPs as documentation of network design and operational requirements.
14.Candidate should have experience facing internal and external audits and should have knowledge on IT standards like ITIL , ISO 27000 & CMM etc.
15.Good verbal and written communications skills are must.

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: Candidate should have Bachelor of Engineering degree (preferred from Mumbai university or equivalent Graduation) with 4 to 5 years relevant core networking experience.

Preferred Qualification: Candidate should have Cisco or Fortinet like OEMs professional level technical network & security certifications.

Experience Details

Essential Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in core IT networking - Routing, Switching, Wireless network, SDN, Servers etc.

Preferred Experience: 1. Expert level experience (minimum 2-3 years) on managing routing, switching, UTMs and wireless networks. 2. Should have professional Certifications in CCNA R&S / FortiGate NSE etc.

Special Skill

Essential : 1. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in core IT networking - Routing, Switching, Wireless network, SDN, Servers etc.
2. Expert level experience (minimum 2-3 years) on managing routing, switching, UTMs and wireless networks.
