We are seeking motivated IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in IT infrastructure and support where your key responsibilities would be:
- Operational and Application Support: Desktop, DVR & Cameras, Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Server, Storage & Backup, Systems Optimization, Business operation software support for recruitment, finance, HR, etc.
- Basic Website Hosting & Server Management: .NET, PHP, SharePoint, AD Group Policy, Apache Ubuntu, IIS, SQL, VMWare
- Basic Cloud & Domain Management: O365 User Admin & Mail Centers, Email and Domain Management, SSLs Certificates, Security Firewall, VPN,
- Network & Hardware Support: Desktop/Laptop, IT Hardware, Mobile Phones, Nagios, NAS, VPN, VoIP, Printers
- Process/System Oriented: Following and improving IT related policies, guidelines, systems and procedures
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Business, Information Technology or similar) is preferred.
- Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: An interest in analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Multitasking and Adaptability:Being available 24 X 7 as required for all IT support. Openness and learning attitude towards evolving IT needs of business.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
