Experience 5+ years relevant

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience
• Good business process knowledge including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc
• Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP,AR,GL).
• Should have been a part of at least 2-3 full cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong communication and strong business requirements/process documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings
• Ability to capture use cases and perform gap analysis
• Should be a team player, ability to deliver on time with high quality
• Should have End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.
• Maintain NetSuite users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules
• Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
• Develop training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas.
• Provide insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.
