• Role Brief:
• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented NetSuite Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. As a NetSuite Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our NetSuite implementation.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the NetSuite platform, aligning with business goals and technology trends.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business requirements, and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of NetSuite solutions.
• Release Planning and Management: Plan and manage product releases, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
• User Experience Optimization: Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance the user experience of NetSuite applications, focusing on usability and efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into product performance, user behavior, and system efficiency, driving data-driven decision-making.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with NetSuite vendors and partners to stay informed about updates, patches, and new features, ensuring our system remains up-to-date.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials for end-users and provide necessary documentation to support the effective use of NetSuite functionalities.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure NetSuite configurations align with security and compliance standards, implementing necessary controls and measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, staying informed about NetSuite updates and industry best practices to enhance our implementation.

Candidates Must Have:

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Product Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and SuiteCloud development.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• NetSuite Certification is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
