Job Title: NetSuite Administrator/DeveloperLocation: Chennai/RemoteExperience: 5-10 YearsNotice Period: Immediate or Less than 30 DaysShift: 2:30 PM \xe2\x80\x93 10:30 PM ISTJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite ERP, including system customization, configuration, and integration. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:System Administration:- Manage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, including user account maintenance, data imports, and system customization.- Perform regular system audits and prepare for NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases.Customization and Development:- Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.- Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to support business requirements.- Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.Process Improvement:- Analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience:- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration and development.- Proven experience in scripting with SuiteScript, and creating custom workflows and forms.- Experience with SuiteCloud Developer tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk.Skills:1. Knowledge of Power BI would be greatly appreciated.2. Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, and operations.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Project management skills are a plus.Certifications:- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
