You will be responsible for the management and engineering of network security solutions delivered by the CSO Chief Technology Office (CTO). CTO Network Security Engineering works in partnership with Network Services & Platform Engineering for the deployment of new and enhanced network security tools and technologies. The envisioned role will work closely with key stakeholders such as the network teams and other CSO security groups. This will help to ensure the security solution is managed end-to-end and where necessary support from other teams is clearly understood and managed.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITAO to join our established security team. In this role, as Network Segmentation (NetSeg) ITAO you would manage NetSeg programs objectives working closely with other application owners on NetSeg compliance and remediation. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also responsible to review current and proposed information systems for compliance with the organisation\'s obligations (including legislation, regulatory, contractual and agreed standards/policies) and adherence to overall strategy. Your key responsibilities

• Lead Network Segmentation programs re-certification working with 300+ applications owner for timely completion of yearly recertification.
• Manage KCI reports, CIO reports, kill chain compliance reporting working closely with vendor team.
• Manage Internal and external application audits and audit issue remediation activities.
• Manage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as Account recertification, remediation of Application configuration gaps etc.
• Manage application related Risk and Compliance Evaluation tasks and resolution of gaps in this area.
• Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercise for the application.
• Manage any IT Security incidents that may occur in the application.
• Plan and Manage Application events and Database Events monitoring using Bank wide standard monitoring tools.
• Manage application capacity forecasting and monitoring.
• Plan and manage Application user access related tasks.
• Plan for Application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities to align to the compliant platforms.
• Utilize agile methodologies
• Understanding of technology risk concepts, including controls and control frameworks, technology risk domains, risk measurements and methodologies in line with TDI technology risk management but specific to the business of operation DB\xe2\x80\x99s global network in global consistent way.
• Analyze and manage the impact and dependencies of new controls to other functions. Make the necessary support transparent to senior management for their prioritization and support.
• Provide technology expertise and thought leadership with an emphasis on network security and cloud technologies.
• Ensuring adherence to the SDLC process and other company demanded engineering and release management practices.

Your skills and experience

• Good understanding of network flow, physical and host-based firewall concepts, macro/micro segmentation
• Experience working in host-based firewall products like Guardicore, Illumino would be added advantage.
• Good understanding of the SDLCs and current IT trends in managing projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across various levels of stakeholders.
• Open minded and willing to learn business and technology.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple requirements.
• Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders and also set expectation with clear milestones and target dates to achieve.
• Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Experience with business tools including Jira, Confluence, Share point, and Microsoft 365
• Experienced in working with various level of stakeholders and multi-cultural/global teams.
• An excellent technical and non-technical communicator both written and verbal, with excellent team building skills and the passion to deliver the very best service to the business
• A highly proactive self-starting ethos, with strong customer focus.
• A strong work ethic, high professionalism and exceptional problem solving skills
• Experience of successfully working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Exemplary co-ordination skills and the ability to understand business drivers / IT requirements
• Proven ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams and individuals
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Education / Certification / Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Agile (e.g. Scrum Master) or ITIL certification preferred.
• Relevant Network/Cloud Security and/or project management certifications preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in information security and preferably 2+ years in ITAO role.
• High level understanding of Network Segmentation/Segregation concepts
• Experience with network security concepts (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems).
• Experience with SIEM and security information and event management (SIEM) tools a plus.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) a plus.
