We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, with a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle. As a team lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Proven experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and other relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
