SHIFT: Day Shift

LOCATION: Coimbatore

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
• Provide any training that team members need.
• Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed.
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
• Create reports to update the company on the team's progress.
• Ability to handle, escalate & resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Monthly duties include Prepare monthly permanent supervision report and follow up with discrepancies.
• Addressing the various grievances of employees
• Ensuring the efficiency of work
• Making sure that everyone adheres to the company policies Conducting employee performance reviews and giving feedback to the management as well as the employees.
• Ensure that all the employees are motivated to work for a common goal.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant experience in MS.Net Framework, MS.Net Core, Web API and Azure.

Desired Skills:

• Any front-end technologies (ASP.Net or Angular & React)
• VBA development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,700,000.00 per year
