• Code Structuring (SOLID) Evaluate the application of SOLID principles in code structure for maintainability and scalability.
• Unit Testing Judge proficiency in writing effective unit tests and understanding testing frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
• ASP.NET Core Proficiency Assess knowledge and skill in using ASP.NET Core, including middleware, dependency injection, and lifecycle.
• Database Management Proficient in relational & NoSQL dbs, schema design & query optimization.
• Security Best Practices Understands security principles for building secure applications.
• Event-Driven Architecture Understands event-driven systems and messaging queues.
• Microservices and Distributed Systems Experience with microservices architectures & inter-service communication.
• I/CD and DevOps Practices Experienced with CI/CD tools & familiar with containerization/orchestration.
• Logging and Monitoring Implements effective logging & monitoring solutions.
