We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced .NET Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. As a .NET Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to help individuals and teams enhance their skills in .NET development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on .NET development concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees to help them understand and apply .NET principles effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
