The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code Write excellent-quality code based on functional requirements, while meeting agile implementation deadlines. Contribute to concept models, design and system architectures. Build, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stack. Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging Serve as advisor or coach to new or junior analysts Qualifications: 7-11 years of experience of .Net frameworks, C#, Asp.Net, ASP.Net MVC, REST API, Reporting Frameworks (Crystal / Jasper Reports) 7-11 years of experience with SQL and relational databases Experience in Object Oriented Development, writing and translating use cases and requirements Financial services domain experience Excellent communication, analytical skills and problem-solving experience for implementation, debugging and testing Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks Able to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background Good time management skills Education: Bachelor\'s/ Master degree/University degree or equivalent experience Job Family Group: Technology Job Family: Applications Development Time Type: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
