Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Lead .NET Developer will play a key role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key Requirements: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers. Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, providing mentorship, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, error-free software. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute software development projects. Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and ensure timely delivery. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the development team. Technical Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem. Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance development processes and efficiency. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the development team. Ensure effective troubleshooting and debugging of software applications. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code documentation. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the development team. Additional Note: What is Uplers\'s role in this arrangement Uplers is the on-the-ground partner managing services like talent sourcing, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance. Uplers serves as the Employer of Record while Welspun managers all work-related decisions, performance measures and operations. Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or in a similar leadership role. Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant technologies. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern UI frameworks. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
