Dot Net Developer: As part of the Dot Net developer team, this role will experiment with new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems. In order to be successful, developer will need to have strong knowledge in Dot Net environment and communication skills and must be comfortable operating in an agile, dynamic environment. Experience: 3 -8 Years Job Location: Hyderabad Work Timings: General shift Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Roles and Responsibilities . Plan and develop products with cutting-edge technologies. . Ensure consistent and up to date design documentation for solutions developed. . Building strong relationships across business with a focus on collaboration, working as \'One Team\' and \'Continuous Improvement\'. . Analyzes emerging information technologies, including working to translate emerging technology implications into an effective system engineering vision and strategy for ITS Belgium . Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications . Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product . Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards . Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team . Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design . Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers .
