Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our IT development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using the .NET framework. The senior .NET Developer will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality software products, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall success of our IT initiatives. Software Development: Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using the .NET framework. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company guidelines. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, error-free software. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques. System Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with the architecture team to define and implement best practices for system design. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and business analysts, to ensure effective collaboration throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Provide support for production systems as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code comments, and knowledge base articles. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the development team. Additional Note: What is Uplers\'s role in this arrangement Uplers is the on-the-ground partner managing services like talent sourcing, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance. Uplers serves as the Employer of Record while Welspun managers all work-related decisions, performance measures and operations. Mode of Work: Onsite Office, Ahmedabad (No Remote or Hybrid) Round of Interviews: 2 Interview will be at Welspun\'s Ahmedabad office on 7 Feb and 8 Feb 2024 Department: IT Development Position Type: Full-Time Project Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a .NET Developer. Proven expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant technologies. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
