Overview :We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our Secondary Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, achieving aggressive sales targets, and driving growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in primary sales.Key Responsibilities :- Accountable for the overall performance of the secondary sales business.- Recruit, build, and lead a team dedicated to secondary sales.- Evaluate individual performances and ensure thorough follow-up of the sales process with prospective clients.- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet revenue targets.- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and refine strategies.- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with top management and assist the team in achieving them.- Support the team with deal closures as needed.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.- Report sales numbers and insights to top management on a weekly and monthly basis.- Explore different channels (like Channel Partners, referrals, etc.) and approaches to increase sales.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get leads and ensure exceptional customer experiences.- Travel regionally to support sales initiatives and expansion plans.- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth.Requirements and Skills :- Proven work experience of 6+ years in a senior sales role, preferably in the residential real estate industry..- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.- Excellent communication skills and industry knowledge.- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.- Availability to travel as needed.- Graduate or MBA in a related field is desired, or a Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Business-Administration, or a relevant field.
