Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.- Schedule meetings with potential clients to present products or services.- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to pitch products/services.- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.Market Analysis & Reporting:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement.- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.Field Visits & Travel:- Travel within assigned regions to meet clients in person.- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales.Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
